We strive to deliver the weighed products to you at the correct weight. However, we do not guarantee that the weight is 100% adjusted. A margin of error on the weighed products is possible (less than 5%).
If you feel that the weight received is too large for you, please contact your grocery store or Soukday so that we can agree on any compensation (proof will be requested).
If one of the products you request is not available, a similar product will be offered to you at an equivalent price.
